\u0130stanbul'da do\u011fdum, ilkokul ve lise e\u011fitimimi burada tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra Orta Do\u011fu Teknik \u00dcniversitesi (ODT\u00dc) Psikoloji B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc'n\u00fc kazanarak Ankara'da ya\u015famaya ba\u015flad\u0131m. 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fcksek \u015feref derecesiyle mezun olduktan sonra, Hollanda'ya ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131m. Leiden Excellence bursu kazanarak, Leiden \u00dcniversitesi Klinik Psikoloji y\u00fcksek lisans program\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kaliteli ve etkili psikolojik yard\u0131m i\u00e7in, klinik tecr\u00fcbeyle bilimsel bulgular\u0131 birle\u015ftirmek gerekti\u011fine inan\u0131yorum. Bu sebeple, y\u00fcksek lisans\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131nda bir \u00e7ok bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya katk\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131m. Bu ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda Elektroansefalografi (EEG) ve fonksiyonel Manyetik Rezonans G\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme (fMRI) gibi y\u00f6ntemlerle, psikolojik bozukluklar\u0131n beyindeki mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131 anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Buna paralel olarak, terapi, klinik muayene ve bili\u015fsel davran\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131 tedaviler \u00fczerine dersler ald\u0131m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fcksek lisans\u0131m\u0131 (onur derecesi ile) tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra Leiden \u00dcniversitesi'nde psikoloji b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131m. \u201cKi\u015filik, Klinik ve Sa\u011fl\u0131k Psikolojisi\u201d dahil olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok ders verdim. 2 y\u0131ll\u0131k e\u011fitim ve s\u00fcpervizyonun ard\u0131ndan Uluslararas\u0131 \u015eema Terapi Derne\u011fi'nden (ISST) \u015eema Terapisti sertifikas\u0131 ald\u0131m. Ayr\u0131ca Avrupa Akredite EMDR Terapistiyim. Ayr\u0131ca, epidemiyoloji alan\u0131nda doktora sahibiyim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Terapi tarz\u0131m:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Dan\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131n kendini rahat ve g\u00fcvende hissedebilece\u011fi bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme ortam\u0131 yaratmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorum. Her \u015feyden \u00f6nde, \"sizin hikayenizi\" merakla dinlemek i\u00e7in buraday\u0131m. Temelde \u015funa inan\u0131yorum: seans s\u0131ras\u0131nda odada iki uzman olarak bulunuyoruz. Sizler sizin hayat\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n uzman\u0131 ben de psikoloji uzman\u0131 olarak iki e\u015fit uzman olarak, m\u00fcttefik olarak sizin i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz... <\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131za sayg\u0131 duymaya, sizin h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131zda ilerlemeye ve sizi oldu\u011funuz gibi kabul etmeye kararl\u0131y\u0131m. Seanslar s\u0131ras\u0131nda, m\u00fckemmel ya da duygusuz g\u00f6r\u00fcnmek yerine, bir m\u00fckemmel olmayan ve duygular\u0131 olan insan olarak bulunuyorum. Ayn\u0131 zamanda, etkili teknikler ve esneklikle, birlikte olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z terapi plan\u0131m\u0131za sad\u0131k kalarak devam edece\u011fiz. Seanslar ilerledik\u00e7e, bu plan\u0131 g\u00fcncelleyebiliriz. Terapi konusunda iyi k\u00f6t\u00fc her duygunuzu ifade edebilirsiniz ve bunlar\u0131 konu\u015fabiliriz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amac\u0131m, duygu, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 anlamland\u0131rman\u0131za yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak. \u0130\u00e7g\u00f6r\u00fc kazanarak, uyumsuz ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kma bi\u00e7imleri yerine daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 benimsemenizde ve zorluklarla ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kman\u0131zda sizi desteklemek.
