Madde 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bu genel \u015fartlar ve ko\u015fullar, Sanus Psychology'de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Psikolog ile dan\u0131\u015fan aras\u0131nda hem s\u00f6zl\u00fc hem de yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm psikolojik de\u011ferlendirmeler, terapi ve dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k anla\u015fmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madde 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Terapi s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak kabul edilmesiyle bir anla\u015fma kurulur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madde 3<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0130lk g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme veya terapi seans\u0131 i\u00e7inde s\u00f6zl\u00fc olarak da bir anla\u015fma yap\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madde 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sanus Psychology'nin sigorta \u015firketleri ile do\u011frudan bir anla\u015fmas\u0131 yoktur. Hangi masraflar\u0131n dan\u0131\u015fan\u0131n sigorta \u015firketi taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve sigorta \u015firketinin hangi ko\u015fullar\u0131 uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rma sorumlulu\u011fu tamamen dan\u0131\u015fana aittir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madde 5<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Psikolog, psikolojik de\u011ferlendirme, terapi ve\/veya dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131ktan sonra en ge\u00e7 30 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde dan\u0131\u015fana bir fatura g\u00f6nderir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madde 6<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00d6deme tercihen seans ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce banka havalesi ya da iDeal linkil ile yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Psikolog, terapiden en ge\u00e7 30 g\u00fcn sonra dan\u0131\u015fana bir fatura g\u00f6nderir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madde 7<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fatura tarihinden itibaren 30 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde \u00f6deme yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 durumunda, psikolog ilk \u00f6nce dan\u0131\u015fana \u00fccretsiz bir \u00f6deme hat\u0131rlat\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 g\u00f6nderir ve dan\u0131\u015fana ek \u00fccret \u00f6demeden iki hafta daha \u00f6deme yapma f\u0131rsat\u0131 verir. Bu mektupta dan\u0131\u015fan, \u00f6demenin geri al\u0131nmas\u0131yla ilgili tahsilat masraflar\u0131n\u0131n iki hafta sonra tahsil edilece\u011fi konusunda ve bu masraflar\u0131n ne kadar y\u00fcksek oldu\u011funu belirterek a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a uyar\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madde 8<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dan\u0131\u015fan\u0131n \u00f6demede temerr\u00fcde d\u00fc\u015fmesi durumunda, psikolog ilk \u00f6nce dan\u0131\u015fana \u00fccretsiz bir \u00f6deme hat\u0131rlat\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 g\u00f6nderir ve dan\u0131\u015fana ek \u00fccret \u00f6demeden iki hafta daha \u00f6deme yapma f\u0131rsat\u0131 verir. Bu e-postada psikolog, dan\u0131\u015fan\u0131, \u00f6demenin geri al\u0131nmas\u0131yla ilgili tahsilat masraflar\u0131n\u0131n iki hafta sonra tahsil edilece\u011fi konusunda ve bu masraflar\u0131n ne kadar y\u00fcksek oldu\u011funu belirterek a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a uyar\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madde 9<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dan\u0131\u015fan, \u00f6deme hat\u0131rlatma tarihinden itibaren 14 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerini yerine getirmezse, psikolog herhangi bir bildirimde bulunmaks\u0131z\u0131n tahsilat \u00f6nlemleri alma veya \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015fah\u0131slara yapt\u0131rma hakk\u0131na sahiptir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madde 10<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyan edilen mebla\u011flar\u0131n tahsiline ili\u015fkin t\u00fcm yarg\u0131sal ve yarg\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131 masraflar m\u00fc\u015fteriye aittir. Yarg\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131 masraflar, en az 40 \u20ac olmak \u00fczere, talep edilecek miktar\u0131n en fazla y\u00fczde 15'i olarak belirlenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madde 11<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00d6demeyle ilgili tekrarlanan \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar, dan\u0131\u015fan ve psikolog aras\u0131ndaki g\u00fcven ili\u015fkisine \u00e7ok fazla y\u00fck getirebilir. Bu, nihayetinde psikolo\u011fun profesyonel ili\u015fkiyi ask\u0131ya almak veya sona erdirmek zorunda kalmas\u0131na neden olabilir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc sona erdirmek i\u00e7in \u201cciddi bir neden\u201d oldu\u011funa inanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sanus Psychology'deki psikolo\u011funuz, Hollanda Psikoloji Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc (NIP) etik y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.

Madde 13<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Psikolog gizlilik y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne sahiptir ve sadece sizin izniniz ile \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015fah\u0131slara bilgi verebilir. Psikolo\u011fun bu gizlilik y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc sadece acil durumlarda (ge\u00e7mi\u015fte veya gelecekte kendine zarar verme, ba\u015fkalar\u0131na veya k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcklere zarar verme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmas\u0131 durumunda) ihlal etmesine izin verilir. Meslekta\u015flarla isti\u015fare gerekliyse, bu meslekta\u015flar da bir gizlilik y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne tabi olduklar\u0131 s\u00fcrece, izniniz gerekli de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madde 14<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Terapi\/dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k seans\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcresi 50 dakikad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madde 15<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Randevular psikolojik de\u011ferlendirme, terapi ve\/veya dan\u0131\u015fma seans\u0131ndan en ge\u00e7 24 saat \u00f6nce iptal edilmelidir. Randevudan \u00f6nceki 24 saat i\u00e7inde iptal veya hi\u00e7 iptal yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 durumunda psikolog, ayr\u0131lan s\u00fcre i\u00e7in dan\u0131\u015fandan \u00fccret talep etme hakk\u0131na sahiptir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madde 16<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Psikolog randevuyu iptal ederse, dan\u0131\u015fan\u0131n seans i\u00e7in \u00f6deme yapma y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sona erecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madde 17<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sanus Psychology'nin \u015fikayet prosed\u00fcr\u00fc vard\u0131r, sunulan hizmetle ilgili \u015fikayetler varsa bunu psikolo\u011funuza bildirebilirsiniz. Sa\u011flanan hizmetlerle ilgili \u015fikayetler, dan\u0131\u015fan taraf\u0131ndan yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak onaylanmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u015eikayette bulunmak dan\u0131\u015fan\u0131 \u00f6deme y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerinden kurtarmaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madde 18<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bu s\u00f6zle\u015fme ancak yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak feshedilebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madde 19<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sanus Psychology ile dan\u0131\u015fan aras\u0131nda bu h\u00fck\u00fcm ve ko\u015fullar ve bunlarla ilgili her \u015fey i\u00e7in Hollanda yasalar\u0131 ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madde 20<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sanus Psychology'nin bir kriz servisi yoktur. Kriz durumunda, ev doktorunuza (mesai saatleri i\u00e7inde) veya mesai saatleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan di\u011fer ev doktoru merkezleri ile ileti\u015fime ge\u00e7melisiniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madde 21<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Online terapi s\u0131ras\u0131nda dan\u0131\u015fan yaln\u0131z kalmaktan, sessizlikten, mahremiyetten, iyi ayd\u0131nlatmadan ve internet h\u0131z\u0131ndan sorumludur. Ayr\u0131ca, ortak bir bilgisayar\/tablet\/telefon kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda veri g\u00fcvenli\u011finden, kullan\u0131c\u0131 ad\u0131 ve \u015fifresinin saklanmas\u0131ndan dan\u0131\u015fan sorumludur.
